Because Bethesda Outreach Ministries is a ministry to children; it is imperative that we seek individuals who want to help in this ministry who are able to fill a position of need. It would be unwise and lacking good stewardship of God's financial gifts, to accept individuals to come that are not needed or who are going to stand around. For this reason we have developed a questionnaire to help us determine each individual's strengths and/or weaknesses to help us make wise decisions.
